Both Buffalo Cigar Club locations (Orchard Park & Amherst) serve as incredible venues for private parties. In Orchard Park, rent our spacious, beautifully furnished second-floor lounge for your next private event! Enjoy a fully stocked bar with private event bartender, big-screen TVs and plenty of seating for you & your guests. The second floor will be closed to the public for the duration of your event. In Amherst, rent a portion of our beautifully appointed club for your party. View our rental options below and contact us to schedule a date.

RENTAL PRICING:

• $50 bartender fee (ORCHARD PARK ONLY – waived if bar package purchased during event; AMHERST N/A)
• 2-hour rental minimum
• Your choice of drink package

No outside drinks or tobacco allowed in the club. BCC has zero tolerance for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products.

All events must be reserved by or sponsored by a member of the Buffalo Cigar Club. All attendees that are not regular or trial members will either need to be a member or a guest of a member. The guest fee is $5 per guest and that can be paid by the party planner or paid upon entry.

 

DRINK PACKAGES:

We have several options available, from an open call bar, a beer & wine bar to simply running a tab. We will craft whatever option is best for you after we discuss with you.

FOOD:

If you want to have food at your gathering, bring your own ($50 service fee) or choose from one of our recommended caterers. We will discuss options with you if food is desired.
